Terms and Conditions for Eve Stanway’s Divorce and Break-Up Coaching and Psychotherapy Services.

Welcome to our coaching/psychotherapy services. By engaging in our coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services: Eve Stanway provides divorce and break-up coaching and psychotherapy services aimed at offering emotional support, guidance, and coping strategies. Please note that our services do not replace legal or medical advice.
2. Client Expectations: Clients can expect emotional support and guidance throughout the coaching/psychotherapy process. However, coaching/psychotherapy results may vary and are dependent on the client’s commitment and participation.
3. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where legally required to disclose such information.
4. Fees and Payment: Our coaching/psychotherapy fees are due no later than 24 hours prior to our appointment. I offer individual charging depending on the package we agreed on prior to your appointment confirmation and you will receive your invoice by email before our appointment commences.
5. Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for session cancellations. Missed sessions may be subject to charges. My cancellation charges are 50% with under 48 hours’ notice and 100% with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please communicate as early as possible if you feel you cannot make an appointment.
6. Scheduling and Duration: Coaching/psychotherapy sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times and the time and duration of our appointment will be agreed upon prior to the appointment. There may be times when it is required for therapeutic or coaching purposes to run over a little on times and this will be agreed between the coach and the client before it happens. Rescheduling or extending sessions can be discussed and arranged as needed.
7. Code of Conduct: We expect both clients and Eve Stanway to maintain professionalism and respect during coaching sessions.
8. Termination of Services: Eve Stanway’s Divorce and Break-Up Coaching and Psychotherapy Services reserves the right to terminate coaching services for reasons such as non-payment or disruptive behaviour. Clients may terminate coaching services by providing written notice.
9. Liability and Disclaimers: Eve Stanway’s Divorce and Break-Up Coaching and Psychotherapy Services is not a licensed attorney. Our coaching/psychotherapy is intended for informational and emotional support only. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved according to English law.
11. Amendments: Eve Stanway’s Divorce and Break-Up Coaching and Psychotherapy Services may update these terms and conditions as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes.
